Your Vote - Postal Votes

You can apply to vote by post for a particular election, a set period of time or for all future elections. You can also vote by post if you are abroad on election day. This site has downloadable postal vote forms and guidance. You will need to return the completed form to your local electoral registration office. Your local council will be able to provide the address.

The electoral register is the list of everyone who is registered to vote. You must be on the register to vote at elections. You can register to vote at any time. This site has information on registering, guidance notes and the downloadable form to complete. You need to return the completed application form to your local electoral role office.
