Commissioner's payout "a disgrace" says Dee Doocey10.00.00am GMT Thu 27th Nov 2008 The payments being made to Met Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair as he leaves the service were today criticised by Metropolitan Police Authority member and Lib Dem spokesperson on policing Dee Doocey. "I can see no reason whatsover to pay off somebody who has resigned. Why should there be one rule for the chief of police and another for every other worker? In this economic climate it is frankly a disgrace that this is even being considered."
