Mayor's Transport Strategy is merely stating the "bleedin' obvious" - Caroline Pidgeon

Caroline Pidgeon, the Liberal Democrat London Assembly Transport Spokesperson, commenting on the Mayor's Transport Strategy Statement of Intent said:
"This much hyped transport statement of intent is merely stating the bleedin' obvious. All it contains is a long commentary on the state of transport in London, which Londoners know only too well.
"The key question for Londoners is what will the Mayor do to transform our daily travel experiences. One year on we still have no answers."
